IN the past we alumni from Milwaukee have been able to answer our fellow citizen's allusion to local severe weather with, "Yes, but you should be in Hanover during one of their severe winters if you want to see something rugged." From now on such comparisons will not be made, for Milwaukee's recent blizzard outdid anything we can remember, tying up practically all business for a week. Hundreds of vehicles were stalled in their tracks, and thousands of car owners will be using public transportation for days to come. I ran into two of them, Jimmie Hannon '32 and Al Macdonald '27 on the bus one morning.
Loris Smith '39, treasurer of our organization was married recently in Chicago. DonGates '42 followed suit.
Our Monday noon luncheons continue at the Hotel Astor in Milwaukee.
We have word that Herbert F. West '22 will represent the College and be our guest speaker at a Dartmouth dinner to be held Monday evening March 31 at the University Club in Milwaukee.
