Phi Beta Kappa

TWENTY-EIGHT new members were elected to Phi Beta Kappa at a business meeting held here last month, following which the annual Phi Beta Kappa banquet was held in the Hanover Inn with President James P. Baxter of Williams College delivering the principal address.
