AT THE LOVELY HOME of Mr. and Mrs. WalterB. Lashar Jr. '27 of York we were handsomely received Wednesday evening, June 4, for the first of our summer get-togethers. We were told that this was the first official Dartmouth gathering on record in their fair city. Despite the short notice we did have sixteen present.

Our vice-president, Phil Moiloy '25, presided; and it was unanimously agreed that our club contribute twenty-five dollars toward the 1947 Alumni Fund. Tentative plans for the summer were discussed and also plans for a meeting in Lancaster next fall. Your secretary gave his report covering his attendance of the Annual Alumni Officers' meeting—class and club secretaries—in Hanover May 16, 17. And the highlight of this report—for those of you who were not present at the Lashars'—was the reassurance that President Dickey gave your secretary of having it in mind to meet with us of Central Pennsylvania at his first available opportunity!

Jim Sampson '39 and Rodg Harrison '39 were present from Lancaster; Al Coons '43, from Lebanon; George Foss '97, John Wadham '03, Bill Page '06, Dick Spong '36, Gus Hull '37, Bill Page Jr. '33 and Jack Berkley '43 all from Harrisburg; and from York: Phil Moiloy '25, Horace Hoch '29, Hank Pierce '37 and Bill Wolf '43.

WAH HOO WAH!!! FOR George Foss '97 who is in Hanover this Spring for his Fiftieth!

For Dick Spang '36 who has completed his first year of teaching Journalistic English at Dickinson College. From all reports we learn that he is well-liked by the students and faculty and is putting over this course in a big way!

New Members: Jack Berkley '43, Irv Riesling '42, Harrisburg; Dick Gerstell '33, Lancaster; C. P. Haskell '40, Huntington.
