Our annual pre-school meeting for the entering freshmen and their fathers was held August 31 at the fine home of Mr. and Mrs.B. L. Daniels '32 in Camp Hill.

It was an informal, get-acquainted gathering, highlighted with talks by jolly Jim Wulpi '14 of his experiences during the last two years in India—that old country "all worn out years ago."

The Class of '52 from our area includes: Craig Hausman and Ted Myers from Camp Hill, Dick Karnan from Williamsport, Jim Kreider from Annville, Jay Stahl from Hershey, Walter Lashar from New York, and Paul Pontius from Lancaster. Karnan and Lasher are sons of Dartmouth men who are active members of our club.

Others present: the Lyon brothers, Ross '27 and John '35; Chester Woolworth '16 and his son, Dick '51; Sid Bogar '28; Gus Hull '37; Bill Page '06 and his son, John '39; Dick Conklin '45 and his dad; and Mr. and Mrs. LaMonte Daniels, parents of our prexy.

Dartmouth Night will be observed Friday, October 15, which is the night before the Colgate game in Hanover. Plans are being made for a gathering of our Dartmouth group that night—more later on this.
