One hundred and ten had lunch at the University Club (including our two coeds: Nancy Long (Fred '11) and Sally Neidlinger). The direct-wire broadcast was quite satisfactory. It permitted fat-chewing in between wiresa hobby practiced by all here in Denver. Thank Ed Small '41, assistant chairman of the new Entertainment Committee, for the fun you had.
What about THIS CLUB of ours anyway? In October you received a list of the 43 committee appointments. Since then a number of men have been added to the list-at their own request. Come to the next luncheon and hear the rest of the story. Sid Hayward writes from Hanover: "You fellows have a grand idea in your Squaws Committee which I look forward to passing on to other alumni clubs" (but we are keeping OUR SQUAWS here Sid).
