THE ANNUAL ALUMNI-UNDERGRADUATE LUNCHEON held on December 27 was a great success. In fact, the attendance was more than twenty percent greater than it has ever been. The undergraduates and applicants for admission in next year's freshman class were guests of the alumni. Alan McAllister '48 introduced the undergraduate speakers, all of whom did an excellent job of bringing us up to date on the trials and tribulations of a freshman, the sports forecast, the renaissance of the civilian undergraduate, the Great Issues Course and the doings of Thayer School. The annual dinner will be held presumably in March, the speaker, place and time to be announced in next month's issue.
