ON THE NIGHT of April 9, members gathered at home of Bill Marsh Jr. '31 to partake of fish, fried on his barbecue pit. Primarily, the meeting was a farewell party in honor of a retiring member who has contributed much time and energy to make the club a successful organization, Alvin Wilson '25.

Roy Adams '25, Harris Dawson '35, Walt Floyd 'l4, Jack Margolin '33, Chuck Palmer 'lB, Dr. Ben Read '32, Bill Ball '34, John Chambers '45, and Lou Fortuna '3B joined the Marshes, with assistance from Mrs. Read and Mrs. Fortuna, in partaking of refreshments and good fellowship. Alvin left with a steel filing cabinet in the trunk of his car, packed for his Florida journey.

On Friday, May 14, members, wives, and members of future classes will meet to see color and sound films released recently by the College. The new films are being awaited eagerly.

We regret that Jack Margolin is leaving in June for California. On the other hand we welcome John Chambers '45, Jack Behringer '43, and Baxter Fullerton '36. New members of the coming freshman class are Sammy Tillman, Statesboro; and Roland Glasser, Ft. Benning.

Picnics will be held during the summer season at homes of various members. All members and friends are invited.
