For the benefit of those who may have missed previous notices, we again announce that the weekly luncheon meeting of The Dartmouth Club of Cleveland has been transferred to the Mid-Day Club in the Union Commerce Building.

Our Admissions Committee for the year has been appointed with Scott Rogers '40, serving as Chairman and having the assistance of Dave Johnson '35 and Hal Newell '41. A complete program has been outlined for contact with secondary schools. This program calls for assignment of one or two men to each leading high school and preparatory school in the area. It will be the responsibility of these men to interview not only school authorities but students who may be interested in Dartmouth and generally to "sell the College" to the schools. An important part of this secondary school program will be the annual luncheon held for applicants and their fathers. This year the luncheon will be held in the ballroom of the Hotel Cleveland on Saturday, December 31. We hope to have McKenney as one of our speakers.

Plans have been made for a meeting of the Club on Saturday, November 12, at the University Club to hear a broadcast of the Cornell-Dartmouth game. Wives are invited and we are looking forward to a pleasant afternoon, assuming, of course, that the Big Red does not spoil our plans.

We are sorry to report the death of BobCowen '53, one of the Cleveland representatives in this year's freshman class at Dartmouth. Bob was killed when the plane he was flying crashed at LaGuardia Field. Tentative plans have been made to provide a memorial to Bob in the form of a literary gift to Baker Library.
