The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Winter Park, Florida, was held April 5 at the Fort Gatlin Hotel in Orlando. A torrential downpour of rain breaking a prolonged drought came just in time to cut down attendance, but those who got there between showers were well rewarded for the effort.

After an informal get-together in the lobby of the hotel, luncheon was served in a private dining room where the group of seventeen Dartmouth men and three guests spent a very happy two hours or so gettinS re-acquainted, meeting new friends and talking over old times together.

Following luncheon a brief business meeting was held and the following officers were elected to serve during the ensuing year: Frank W. Halliday '01, President; Donald A.Cheney 'n, Secretary and Treasurer; and a social committee was set up consisting of Alva S. Wilson '25, Harold D. King '05 and Frank W- Halliday '01. Also a Dinner Committee of R. F. Newcomb '01, D. A. Cheney .u and Roger W. Holler '37.

While there were no set speeches, brief remarks were made by Halliday, Newton, Grover and Davis. Cheney brought greetings from the Dartmouth Club at St. Petersburg, where he visited on March 4. To provide a nostalgic ending, Halliday read an original poem entitled "The Dartmouth Tower". Most of the period was full of animated conversation, and "a good time was had by all".
