A special late spring meeting of the club was held at the Lamar Coffee Shop in Orlando to receive and take action upon a report of the Committee on Constitution which was appointed at the annual meeting in March. Dick Plumer as Chairman of the Committee submitted the draft of a constitution based upon the standards and practices in general use among other clubs and this was informally adopted..
With this meeting the name of the organ- ization has been changed to recognize the enlarged area served by the club originally given the name of Winter Park in which community it started life some years ago. From less than a baker's dozen who got together informally once or twice a year the membership has grown to nearly seventy living throughout Central Florida. The adoption of a Constitution is another step forward.
Those attending were: James W. Newton '86, Dr.; Edwin O. Grover '94, F. E. Austin '95, Col. Frank W. Halliday '01, R. F. Newcomb '01, Thomas L. Barnes '02, D. A. Cheney '11, Richard C. Plumer '12, Alva S. Wilson '25, A. L. Siegener '35 and Dr. A. W. Vernon as guest.
