The squash team is again in the unhappy position of having to play against various Ivy League aggregations with more experienced personnel. The result is often, despite the valiant tutorial efforts of Coach Red Hoehn, some very onesided defeats. On January 7, for example, Dartmouth went down to defeat at the hands of Yale by the margin of 9-1, with Hunter White of the Green being the only one who could manage a win over the veteran Yale team. The Dartmouth team this year comprises the following operatives, roughly in this order: Captain Tommy Ringe, Izzy Stahl, Dick Hulbert, Paul Simmel, Parton Keese, Bill Fisher, Rick Austin, Bill Flannagan, Bob Mauk, and Hunter White.
