The biggest event of the past month was the annual dinner held at the University Club, Pittsburgh, on April 3. Richard W.Morin '24, Executive Officer of the College, spoke on the financial condition of the College, the building program, admission and interviewing, and college publicity and films. It was a very interesting talk and everyone was brought up to date on the condition of the College.

Approximately fifty students and alumni attended the dinner and the cocktail hour bebill fore the dinner. Sam Ewart '19 led the singing of Dartmouth songs with gusto. GusFuller '14 furnished the harmony. Stew Steffey'41, as usual, could be heard bustling around and seeing all the other alumni and HerbHarwood '26 was flashing around with his camera. The students home for vacation added college atmosphere and heads well covered with a thick crop of hair.

Dale Armstrong '46 has been transferred to the Chicago Sales Office of Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corporation. All of us here in Pittsburgh are sorry to see him leave, yet we know it is a big step forward for Dale. We would like to give a Wah-Hoo-Wah for Hinkel for doing such a fine job last year as President of the Club. The following officers were elected for the coming year: EdwinC.
