Word from Frank and Pat Ettari: they have their second heir in the person of Paul David, born March 25 and weighing 8 lbs.
A letter from Ted Fajen tells of his engagement to Alice Patricia Kieckhefer of Milwaukee, announced on February 12. A June wedding is planned. Ted gets to see Bud Scheu who is also working in Chicago for the Scott Paper Company. Spence Smith is also on the Chicago scene, selling paper pulp for Weyerhauser Timber Co. and living in Evanston with his wife and young son. Obe Obermayer is in a training program with the Long Island DailyPress in Jamaica, N. Y.
Latest interim report on the Little Green Derby has 1946 out in front by a nose. We have 31% of our $6,260 goal. Bob Kimball and his assistant agents are doing a wonderful job. Our record, however, depends on you, so dig deep and let's handle these other finks.
Mike Schetky, Lt. (jg) USN, is at present attending General Line School at Monterey, California, and is by now a proud papa.
