Fowler '49 of New York City, for the study of international relations at Harvard; Paul W. Orth '51 of Northampton, Mass., for the study of law at Harvard; and Lawrence L. Starlight '50 of Brooklyn, N. Y., for the study of economics at Harvard.
Henry Elijah Parker Fellowships: To Richard C. Pugh '51 of Philadelphia, for the study of French at the Sorbonne; and Harold M. Stahmer Jr. '51 of Brooklyn, N. Y., for the study of theology at the Kirshnischehochschule in Berlin.
George E. Chamberlin Fellowship: To Richard M. Eigner '51 of Swampscott, Mass., for the study of law at Yale.
Charles O. Miller Jr. Memorial Fellowship: To Henry W. Jaeger Jr. '50 of New City, N. Y., for the study of English Literature at Columbia.
