As you will note from the address above, the Stevens have left Washington after an eleven-year stay, and are now residing in the small town of Deep River, Conn., getting back to New England, which has always seemed home to us. Deep River is on the Connecticut River, between Middletown and Old Saybrook, about 35 miles east of New Haven and about the same distance from New London on the east. We will be happy to see any classmates or old friends passing through the State, and we do hope you will drop in and say hello.

Mrs. Fannie Newcomb passed away at the home of her daughter in South Weymouth, Mass., August 24. Our sincere.st sympathy is extended to Rush in his bereavement....

Bunker and Pearl Bishop have been in Maine most all summer. The doctor's patients arranged it so his professional services were not needed in the city and he has thoroughly enjoyed the rest and delights of the little town of Waterford in the summer time. ... Stuart Whitaker, son of our classmate Whit has advised Johnnie Ward of the death of his mother June 4. She was laid beside her husband in the cemetery at Mill Rift, Pa.

Frank "Zeke" Cudworth and Elsie returned to their home in Poughkeepsie after a most enjoyable time in Florida. While there they attended the alumni luncheon at St. Pete, and saw Ernest and Helen Eddy at that time. Cuddy was in Hanover in June for the meeting of the Overseers of the Thayer School. Both Harlan Curtis and his wife were hospitalized for a long stay but are now back home and, we are glad to note, very much improved in health.
