As you read this, there are only about eight more shopping days before Christmas, so get out and buy the little woman that mink scarf before it's too late. As we write it, however, the Columbia,, Cornell and Princeton games are still coming up and it is the night after the Yale game. We don't know what the football gods have in store for the Big Green in the weeks to follow, but whatever it may be, from here it looks like the season is already a complete success with that 32-0 shellacking of the bulldog in New Haven! Couple of weeks ago we watched Cornell and Yale grind out an exciting scoreless tie. We only wish we could have been one of the 38,000 stunned spectators in the Bowl yesterday!

More news in the making now, and we will have had it by the time you read these notes. As you know, Don D'Arcy has hopped into his and our big Memorial Fund job. Class meeting scheduled for Hanover Saturday morning of Cornell weekend, November 14, for swapping ideas. Other meetings scheduled for New York, Chicago, Connecticut, Washington, Boston. Other meetings to be scheduled wherever a fair-sized group of '33ers will gather. Call your gang together and make a date with Don. We have faith that 1933 will be an accredited number among the men of Dartmouth!

The boys are still oil the move. For instance, Dar Bates' new address is 409 Fenway Hall, Cleveland. Still with Addressograph-Multi- graph, Dar?

Dr. Eugene Kaplan has gone to bayou country and now lives at 5416 Vermillion Blvd. in N'Orleans where he is associated with the Dept. of Pediatrics of the Louisiana Staite University Medical School.

Don Lincoln, whom we believe to be a partner in Steptoe & Johnson, barristers of Washington, D. C., has advanced down the hall from 1139 to 1100 Shoreham Bldg. John S.Marden, a Certified Life Underwriter with Prudential Ins. Co., can now be found at 165 N. Canal St., Chicago 6. Lt. Comdr. GayMilius has fled Washington for 9 Tuxedo Place, Cranford, N. J. Herbert C. Moatz has. moved to 2815 Scarborough Rd., Cleveland Heights 18, Ohio. Still a banker, Herb? LarryReeves, previously reported as the new manager of the Home Life Ins. Co. in Richmond, Va., has found a home there with an interesting address, 7208 Three Chopt Road. Dr. Lorrin A. Riggs was reported in Baltimore in June but seems to have come back to the same old stand at R. F. D. 2, Valley Falls, R. I., from whence he commutes to Brown where he professes psychology.

Robert L. Woodcock, former import manager of Marshall Field & Co. in Chicago, has joined Stanford Research Institute's economics division to aid its expanding international program and now lives at 1130 Saxon Way, Menlo Park, Calif. Part of the perquisite of the new position is evident at first glance: Bob (it says here) will participate in the current trade development tour of Hawaii sponsored by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, visiting the Islands for two weeks in company with other representatives of West Coast business and industry.

Dr. Paul C. Zamecnik, still at Massachusetts General Hospital, has moved to Argilla Rd., Ipswich, Mass.

Edward J. Donovan, resident attorney for Briggs Mfg. Co., has moved in Grosse Pointe, Mich., to 27 Lockmoor. Is this a move into the Chrysler section of town, Ed? Joseph H.Hughes has moved to 5 Dudley St. in Peabody, Mass.

Sam Cunningham has moved up the ladder at the bank, having been named assistant secretary of Irving Trust Co., at Irving's office at 39th St. and Madison Ave., New York.

On October 2, Jack Manchester's Gulf station on Hanover's South Main Street celebrated its tenth anniversary under Jack's management. Jack and his boys will be happy to service your car whenever you are in Hanover (adv. and small plug for the dinner Jack and Dottie are going to give me on November 14).

We'll cut these notes here so we can present the names of all you good guys who helped make records for '33 in this year's Alumni Fund.

Now, my last chance for free to wish all you nice people (guys and dolls) a real Merry Christmas and a peaceful and rewarding New Year! If you can take a foreign student into your home for Christmas, why not give it a try?
