Approximately 800 persons packed the Du Pont Country Club on March 31 to hear the concert by the Dartmouth Glee Club. The concert which was sponsored by the sale of patron tickets to local alumni was a huge success. The efforts of the committee are greatly appreciated. The men who worked hard at making the concert the success it turned out to be are: Bruce Gillie, chairman, Bob Hall,Jack Howard, Bill Smith, Robb De Graff, BobWoodruff, Tom Charles, John McCauley and Rodney Walser.

At the Du Pont Country Club on the same evening, 13 applicants for Dartmouth from the Wilmington area were entertained at a dinner where Brock Brower '53, former editor of The Dartmouth, spoke. They also attended the Glee Club concert which followed. We hope that we will be able to repeat this performance in coming years.

The Dartmouth-in-Delaware Club has recently presented the College with $2000 for a scholarship fund for some worthy boy from Delaware. This money was raised over a three-year period by sponsoring an annual trip to Bermuda, provided by Russ Fisher '17, local travel agent.

The annual family picinic of the Club will be held in June at the home of Bob Woodruff '37 near Newark, Del.
