Admissions Assistant

CHARLES B. KEENEN '52 joined the Dartmouth administrative staff on January 1 as Assistant to the Director of Admissions. His work will center on the College's enrollment program, in close association with the National Enrollment Committee. Keenen, whose home was in

Swarthmore, Pa., spent the years since graduation as an officer in the U. S. Navy. After being commissioned at Newport, he spent two years aboard a destroyer in the Pacific, serving first as division officer and later as communications officer. Then he was assigned to Boston where for the past year he served in the Office of Navy Recruiting and Naval Officer Procurement. He was discharged in December 1955 with the rank of Lieutenant (jg).
