This is not the usual miniature of the month's cover but a picture of John R. Scotford Jr. '38 who designed the handsome Dartmouth Convocation emblem reproduced in full color on the cover. The emblem was the subject of much comment and admiration during the three-day program. Mr. Scotford, design school graduate, since last November has been Special Assistant on the Hopkins Center Program.
