June in Cleveland again included a most successful annual picnic at Jim Rutherford's '24 estate, Gladford Glen. Ed Obemdorf '52 and John Klein '52 ran the affair which brought out 96 loyal beer drinkers and ball players, about half of whom are undergraduates.

Our immediate plans include our annual Tea Dance to be held at the Hunt Club on October 4. This is always one of our most successful functions bringing together large groups of Dartmouth men and their friends. Bill Chilcote '43 and Dick Lezius '47 will be in charge of the dance this year. We are looking forward to as large a turnout and as successful an evening as we have had in years past.
