Irving F. (Snuffy) Smith '41 was the guest speaker at the semi-annual dinner meeting of the club, held in Winchester. He gave an interesting talk concerning the trials and tribulations of running college athletics during inflationary times.

Officers elected for the coming year were: President, Paul F. Poehler '30, Lexington; Vice-president, Fred F. Stockwell, '43, Winchester; Treasurer, Waldon B. Hersey '24, Winchester; Secretary, Richard Barnard '30, Winchester. The following Directors for one year were also elected: Gardner C. Ferguson '39, Lexington; Albert W. Chester '37, Lexington; Richard C. Johnson '45, Woburn; Philip G. Evans '17, West Medford; Robert F. O'Brien '41, Arlington; Arthur Hills '41, Winchester; Royce Randlett '38, Winchester and John F. Corcoran '34, Winchester.
