Dean Joseph L. McDonald was the main speaker at our annual dinner meeting at the Shuttlemeadow Club in Kensington, Conn., December 26, 1957, preceded by the usual hospitality hour. We are grateful to Dean McDonald and the college for the privilege of his company, and the opportunity of sharing some of his more unusual experiences as Dean of the College.

Officers for the year 1957 were re-elected for a second term, with reliable J. Noxon Howard '36, as President, Robert J. Smith Jr. '42, as Vice President and Roy E. Wikstrom '52, as Secretary and Treasurer. There was the usual lack of opposition much to the chagrin of the writer. I feel it is a privilege to serve the college through our club - a privilege we should vie for at that annual meeting!

We had a marvelous cocktail party last November which we called the Yale-Dartmouth Warmup and we wish to establish it as an annual function.
