Fred Dorian will wed Harriette Ann Garfinkel of Trenton N. J., in the near future, Harriette was Sraduated from the University of Michigan in 1958 and later studied at New York University Graduate School of Education. Fred is currently an Army Lieutenant stationed at Fort Dix in the Office of the Judge Advocate General. He was previously graduated from the Duke University School of Law and then was employed by the Securities curities Exchange Commission in Washington, D. C.

John Van Huyck has announced his engagemcnt to Mlss Sandra Lee Miller of Pittsburgh, Penna. Sandra attended Pennsylvania State University. After graduation, John served in the Navy and later received his MBA from Tuck. He is working with the United States Steel Corporation in Pittsburgh

A Blackman-Yates team is about to be formed. Bob Yates has announced his engagement to Barbara May Blackman of Williston Park, Long Island, N. Y. State Teachers' College in Cortland, N. Y., was the site of Barb's alma mater. She graduated in 1955 and is now teaching in Hicksville, Long Island Bob recently studied at the University Journalism School at Northwestern and is now with the "Dunkirk Evening Observer."

Valentine's Day was an eventful one in Burlington, Vt., as Jim Cartmell and Jacqueline Fisher were wed in a double ring ceremony in St. Mark's Church. The bride graduated from Mount Joseph's Academy in Rutland and the Fanny Allen School of Nursing.

The Hartford, Conn., Times brings news of Al Collins recently joining Richard P. Rita Personnel Services, Inc. in Hartford. Al had had previous personnel experience with Socony-Mobil Oil Company in Boston and later with Pratt and Whitney in East Hartford A father and taxpayer of West Hartford, Al also finds time for extra-curricular activity with the Dartmouth and University Clubs of Hartford. How's the handball game, Al?

Continuing Connecticut features, we learned of Fred Hitt's recent association with the law firm of Rosenberg and Farren. Fred graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School in June 1958 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in August. At Law School, Fred distinguished himself by winning the annual Moot Court competition, and also being elected chairman of the legal aid committee and president of his law school class Fred keeps an active interest in the Racebrook Country Club, the Connecticut Football Officials' Association, and the Dartmouth Club of New Haven. After a day in court wife, Connie, and infant daughter, Mary Katherine, greet the attorney at their Cheshire, Conn., home.
