Dartmouth Night was celebrated at Dublin's, 6220 W. 3rd Street, L.A., the same location as the regular monthly luncheons. Ken Lieber spoke on a recent trip to the Isle of Cyprus and we all felt like Mediterranean experts when he finished. Harry Lill '05 was in good spirits and looked good. Got a kick out of his helping Gerry Barnes '11, into his seat. Among many present were: Howie Bissell '51, Ed Weir '51, Jim Danaher '51, Len Clark '56, Bill Breer '58, Gary Finerty '58, John Hanson '59, Stephen Banks '59 and Dave Porter '59. Gene Hotchkiss '50, Dean of Students at Harvey Mudd College, was present as was Perry Weston, Larry Blades and Pat Harris of the mid-fifties.

Treasurer-elect Bob Newsom had a novel announcement to make upon assuming office: "For this organization to run smoothly, it needs be that members pay the nominal dues of $5.00 per year. To avoid deficit financing, please remit yours."
