New Haven

Plans for hospitality activities for the Dartmouth-Yale football game on November 4 are being drawn up by newly-elected officers of the Dartmouth Club of New Haven.

Once again the Dartmouth Club of New Haven will be hosts at its Hospitality Tent for all Dartmouth alumni and their friends who will be attending the game in New Haven. The Tent will be going full blast from late morning to game time, and will provide game-goers with a place for picnicking, refreshments, and a place to keep personal property while at the game. The Tent will be on the Stadium grounds, accessible to all visitors to the Yale Bowl.

Several Alumni Clubs have groups who plan to join in use and support of the Hospitality Tent.

Those elected as officers for the new year included: President, Zeb W. White '36; First Vice President, Charles E. Rauch '30; Second Vice President, Leo Silverstein Jr. '43; Secretary, Richard S. Carr Jr. '49; Treasurer, William B. Gumbart Jr. '50; Asst. Treasurer, Joseph A. Malley '57. The committee in charge of the outing was headed by JohnGorman '56.

Now the new Executive Committee - the Officers and the following: Past President-Martin J. DeGennaro '53; Interviewing Committee Chairman - Alan H. Ives '53; Enrollment Committee Chairman - Robert Adnopoz '54; Publicity - William Cahn '34.

1961-1962 Activities Committee Chairmen: Monthly Luncheon — Charles E. Rauch '30; Scholarship Fund-Raising Program - Leo Silverstein '43; Alan H. Mcßean Ir. '43; Hospitality Tent — "D" vs. Yale Football Game - Gilbert Ames, George G. Littlehales '52; Hockey Game Party - William F. Whitmarsh '48; Annual Meeting and Picnic - John Gorman '56.

The first luncheon meeting of the year took place early in September at which time incoming Dartmouth freshmen and their fathers were guests of the Club. Regular monthly meetings of the Dartmouth Club of New Haven take place at the HofBrau Haus Restaurant in downtown New Haven on the first Thursday of every month.
