Last Tuesday night, January 9, the officers and trustees had their first meeting of the New Year at the home of Bob Allabough'34. Naturally the main topic was the Dartmouth College Glee Club Concert at Paramus High School Friday night, March 30, with committee reports on publicity, ticket promotion and housing and meal accommodations for the Glee Club. Our returns from the first mailing on January 15 to the more than 400 Dartmouth Alumni in the Bergen County area assure a complete sell-out. Steve Kenyon '22 with the help of RalphSpecht '35 is forming a committee to pick the recipient of our Dartmouth Club of Bergen County "1962 Award of Merit," which will be awarded during our third annual Spring Dance at the Ridgewood Country Club immediately following the Glee Club Concert. Plans are being made for complete radio and television coverage that "Our" Glee Club is coming to Bergen County, which fact will greatly enhance our growing scholarship fund.

Dick Grassey '54 is the father of a baby girl who completely dominated the scene over the Christmas Holidays.

Many of us took advantage of the hospitality of the Dartmouth Club of New York during the last two weeks of the old year to visit their lovely quarters at the Commodore Hotel. Having "Dartmouth In Town Again" is a big plus for the commuters, and we sincerely wish them well.
