The Harvard game has been selected by the CBS television network as its eastern regional game on October 27. It is interesting to note that Coach Bob Black- man has never lost a televised game in his coaching career. His most recent win came against Yale in 1961 when the Indians downed the Elis 24-8.
The following TV stations have indicated, to date, that they will carry the Dartmouth-Harvard game: WCDC- Adams, WTEN-Albany, WMAR-Balti- more, WABTBangor, WNBF-Binghamton, WHDH-Boston, WBEN-Buffalo, WCAX-Burlington, WSEE-Erie, WTIC- Hartford, WCBS-New York, WCAU- Portland, Me., WAGM-Presque Isle, WPRO-Providence, WHEC-Rochester, WBOC-Salisbury, WDAU-Scranton, WHYN-Springfield, Mass., WHEN-Syra- cuse, and WCNY-Watertown.
Two members of the Dartmouth Row- ing Club have earned the right to com- pete in the Pan American Games to be held next April in Brazil. They are Bob Brayton ’64 and Dave Watts ’63, who were both members of the varsity heavy- weight crew. They qualified in the pair without cox division while representing the Lake Washington Rowing Club in races this summer. This will mark the first time that Dartmouth oarsmen have competed in this international event.
William C. Fry Jr. has been appointed head athletic trainer to succeed Tony Dougal who resigned in June. He re- ceived a B.S. degree in physical educa- tion from the University of Maryland in 1951: Since 1956 he has been assistant trainer at Maryland.
