A dinner meeting at the Coral Reef, suburban Sacramento restaurant, was held Sunday. April 1, honoring Ort Hicks' visit to Sacramento. This was the first official visit by a representative of Dartmouth since our relatively young club, as yet not officially chartered, initiated regular meetings a little over a year ago.

Local alumni and wives, as well as parents of undergrads enjoyed a Polynesian dinner. Ort Hicks capsulized Dartmouth's recent accomplishments and outlined projects in the planning stage, a most impressive summary. Attending were: Barlow Goff 'S3,Ed Klee '34, Col. Bob Loughry '39, Dr. LewLambert '40, Bob Van Slambrouck '39, JimHartman '46, Aaron Epstein '53, CharlieCusack '43, Dr. and Mrs. Gustav Schunke, parents of Mark '63 and Paul '65, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Abbanat, parents of Roy '62, and Mr. and Mrs. William Knosher, parents of Norris '60.

A bar-b-que is planned for June 15. The possibility of obtaining formal recognition of our club by the College was also discussed
