The Dartmouth College Psychology Department has received a $24,272 grant from the National Institutes of Health for research apparatus to equip the new Psychology Building. Prof. William M. Smith, chairman of the department, said the grant was given with the understanding that the College would match the grant's funds. The money will be used to buy movable research equipment for the new building recently occupied by the department and named for the late Dr. Edwin Peabody Gerry '69.
