Fifty members, wives, parents, and guests of the Dartmouth Club of Berkshire County gathered at the Country Club of Pittsfield for the annual meeting held Thursday, October 3. Club President Donald T. Oakes '44 introduced our most honored guest and speaker, the President of the College. John Sloan Dickey, who gave a most provocative and inspiring discourse on the State of the College, emphasizing its past and future role in our society. Mrs. Dickey accompanied her husband.
The following officers were elected for the year ahead: President, George C. Denny '41; Vice President, Selwyn I. Atherton '51; Secretary-Treasurer, Henry H. Williams Jr. '49; Vice President - Enrollment, Richard S. Jackson '38; Vice President - Interviewing, Edward S. Sawyer '50.

Although lacking official status the "Dartmouth Daughters' Club" of Stoneleigh-Pros-pect Hill School in Greenfield, Mass., has the Big Green spirit, especially on fallweekends in Memorial Field Stadium.
