Welcome to the start of another MAGAZINE Year. It looks like a slow start as far as these 1903 notes go. Some of what little ammunition we had was used in the Special letter and report of Alumni Fund results mailed Aug. 16, which I trust you all have received and read. You have reason to be proud of your help to the College.
Our next and present task is with our class dues. The bills have gone out. As you know, without these dues, the class cannot have the ALUMNI MAGAZINE sent to its members nor to its class widows.
I am sorry to report the death of Mrs. Charles T. Hall. She was a loyal '03-er and each year kept her Charles on the Honor Roll by her memorial gift to the Alumni Fund. She will be missed by her many friends.
Please note two changes of address: Willard Hartshorn to 653 Bonita Ave., Claremont, Calif. David C. Gale, care of Meeker, Plaza Apts., 260 Tremont St., Melrose, Mass. 02177.
A letter just in from Gink Ford tells of his latest book which he hopes to see published shortly. He should not have too much trouble if it is as delightfully written as his "These Were Actors."
This fall we have 31 names on our class list, in '64 it was 41 names. It means we will have to close ranks and each try to do more for the Class and the College. Write when you can.
