Tops on this month's agenda is a last-minute reminder to any of you who have not as yet made your reservations for the President's Dinner. This year President Dickey will address the alumni and their wives at the Michigan Shores Club in Wilmette on Tuesday, March 23. Cocktails are scheduled for 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:45. If you have not as yet made your reservation get in touch with Skip Grinton'54 at the First National Bank, FR 2-6800.
During his two-day stay in the Windy City, President Dickey plans to have lunch with a number of principals of important high schools involved in our recruiting program. This should be of great assistance to Don Williamson '42 and his fine enrollment committee in their future efforts.
Reporting on past events, about 100 Chicago alumni gathered at the Skokie Country Club on January 12 to view all the action of the 1964 Big Green football season. Bob Blackman and his staff provided the expert commentary and the alumni, fortified with suds, provided the "expert" advice.
Certainly the most successful undertaking of the current year has been the periodic luncheon program initiated last fall by GaleFreeman '31, Association president. Excellent speakers have addressed each gathering and each meeting has attracted in excess of 100 alums. Another such program is scheduled for early spring and we hope to break our previous record attendance. Jim Zeisel'53 promises details in a forthcoming issue of the "Hill Winds."
Once again, we'll see you all at the President's Dinner, Tuesday, March 23, at the Michigan Shores Club in Wilmette.
