Officers for the coming year were elected at our June meeting, but due to the departure of Vice President Bill Truex '59 a change had to be made later. The slate now stands at Stan Klapper '56, president; FredL. Kurr Jr. '39, vice president; Allan H. Gasner '47, secretary and Jack Mudle '49, treasurer.

At the August 24 meeting it was voted to start a scholarship fund; contributions for this project will be very welcome. Joint activities with alumni groups of other Ivy League schools were discussed and our hope is to hold an Ivy League Night at one of the local schools to provide information to prospective students.

Fred Kurr '39 is chairman of the Dartmouth Night committee for which time the next meeting has been planned. Wives and guests will be welcome for this dinner meeting.
