Eight Dartmouth students and alumni have been awarded James B. Reynolds Scholarships for foreign study during the 1966-67 academic year. Four will study in England and the others in France, Poland, The Netherlands, and Greece.

The award winners are:

Robert A. Burka '67, Washington, D. C., for the study of economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Gordon T. Bysshe '66, Mamaroneck, N. Y., for studio work in painting, drawing and graphics at the American Center for Artists and Students and at the Johnny Friedlander Studio in Paris.

Dale C. Carr '62, Des Moines, lowa, for the study of organ music under Prof. Gustav Leonhardt, Amsterdam.

George W. Gaffney '63, East Williston, N. Y., for continued research in theoretical physics at the Institute for Theoretical Physics, Warsaw University.

Stephen B. Hladky '66, Ridgewood, N. J., for the study of theoretical physics at Cambridge University, England.

Peter J. Reichard '66, Arlington, Va., for the study of philosophy, politics and economics at Worcester College, Oxford University.

William M. Todd, III, '66, Bronxville, N. Y., for the study of Russian language and literature at University College, Oxford University.

Brian F. Walsh '65, Winchester, Mass., now doing graduate work at the Thayer School of Engineering, for the study of city and regional planning at the Graduate School of Ekistics, Athens Technological Institute, Greece.
