MARCH 1967 JOHN ALLBEE T'61

This year, as every year, there are many guest speakers coming to Tuck to share some of their knowledge and experiences with our student body. As a matter of general interest I thought I might review our guest speaker program for the month of January before getting into news of the alumni.

On January 11, Philip C. Moon D'42, Vice President of the National Bank of Detroit, spoke to our commercial bank management class on "loan administration." On January 12, Harry Dunning D'30, President of Scott Paper, was kind enough again to make his annual trek to Hanover to talk with our students. On January 17, another good friend, U.S. Representative ThomasCurtis D'32, spoke here at school. FrederickWithington, of Arthur D. Little, visited on January 10 to discuss "The Future of the Computer Market, Hardware and Software" and "The Impact of Computers Upon Organization and Managers." On January 20, Stanley Feldberg D'46, President of Zayre Corporation, spoke to our entire student body. Dr. E. Leonard Arnoff, Principal and Director of Operations Research, Management Services Division, Ernst and Ernst, visited on January 26 and spoke to our first-year class on management services activities of major CPA firms. He also spoke to a limited number of second-year students on "Operations Research." We are extremely grateful to these gentlemen as well as to the many others who annually participate in our speaker program.
