Charles P. Richardson of Mount Dora, Fla., had surgery for a double hernia in January and a very good recovery. He sent a photo of himself and Edith out boating on Sylvan Shores taken last November.
I note that Red Rolfe '31 is retiring as Director of Athletics where he has done an outstanding job over the years. We hope that his health will continue to improve.
Our congratulations also to Eddie Jeremiah '30 ("Mr. Hockey") who is retiring after thirty years of excellent coaching of Dartmouth baseball and hockey teams.
Classmates having birthdays in April are John Burton and Allan Brown, 4; and Wilfred Smart, 22.
One final word, it has been nice to receive so many fine letters from classmates and especially from Eliza Bourne, Helen Cummings, Genevieve Nesmith, and Gwendolyle Stiphen. Keep up the good work.
