The 1967-1968 Dartmouth Club of Rochester season is well under way by now. Leadership of the club this year is in the able hands of Joe Kepes '46 as president. Taking the office seriously, he traveled to Hanover for the Class Officers meeting in October and returned most enthusiastic about Dartmouth activities. He duly conveyed his zeal to the local executive committee which among others includes Burt Dorsett '53 as vice-president, Allan Karcher '51 as secretary and John Schlactenhaufen '61 as treasurer. Incidentally, the latter reports marginal solvency with over 80 dues-paying members at this writing and is striving to break the century barrier.

The enrollment committee is hard at work under Yin Tibbals '42 and Al Ziegler'59. If the November family night was any indication of their efforts, it looks like they've again come up with a strong group of Dartmouth candidates. They were ably assisted in this program by Mike Finegan'54, Frank Strong '56, and Henry Williams'52, each of whom spoke on the value of a liberal arts education in their respective fields of medicine, business and law.

The movie showing highlights of the 1967 Dartmouth football season was featured at our Annual Christmas Luncheon at the Genesee Valley Club. The meeting was well attended by alumni, undergraduates, and other assorted friends of the college, all of whom left in wonderment as to how we could ever have lost to Yale when we had played so well! Dick Devarian '42 chaired the luncheon and performed admirably as a quick change artist due to renewed local interest in a peculiar state ordinance.

Other events to look forward to are a very special annual meeting in March, The Ivy League Golf Tournament in May, the picnic in June and of course the semimonthly luncheons at Sibley's on the first and third Mondays. Hope to see more of you local alumni out for these gatherings of "Big Green" fun and fellowship!
