It is getting near the end of our 1967-8 class year. The Alumni Fund Campaign has started and is well along to the half way mark. Planning for our 65th Reunion is also well under way. If you are still on the fence about joining us please get down and write us you are coming and how many with you.
Our headquarters will be at North Fayer-weather Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 14, 15, and 16. The class dinner will be at the Drake Room, Hopkins Center, Saturday evening, the 15th. We will have transportation in a college car with driver assigned to our Class.
The Third Century Fund seems off to a good start. You will or have received a copy Number One of "Fifty-One Million" keeping you up-to-date with progress in this ambitious but necessary program.
A very wonderful letter just in from Mrs.Orvil Smith gives her sound reasons why she does not feel that she can be with us in June but does send her best wishes to those of us who can make it. This afternoon another letter, this .one from Mrs. Decatur; she is sorry that she can not be with us. That is about all I have heard from you folks since my April notes. We used to say "No news is good news" and I hope it holds true in your case.
