A Dartmouth Alumni Seminar for New England, to be held in Hanover the weekend of April 11-13, will be a condensed version of Alumni College, including advance reading, faculty lectures, group discussions, and Dartmouth fellowship.
Prof. Harold L. Bond '42 (English) will offer a course on "Identity and Purpose for the Individual in Contemporary America" a.nd Prof. John G. Garrard (Russian) will offer "Problems and Prospects for Soviet Society." All alumni in New England will receive a brochure with details about the Seminar; alumni in other regions who are interested are invited to write to the Secretary of the College, 206 Crosby Hall, for information.
Those attending the Seminar will be housed in the Hanover Inn or Hanover Inn Motor Lodge. Tuition, which includes lodging, meals, books, and lectures, will be $B5 per couple for classes 1949 and before; $75 per couple for classes 1950 and later; and $55 for single participants.
