One of the outstanding events in the history of our College took place December 13. To commemorate the acquisition of the charter, the College gave a Charter Day dinner that over-topped the capacity of the Leverone Field House, huge as that building is. Shortage of space compelled the use of a "representative" arrangement of guests whereby the alumni in general were represented by class presidents and class agents, as explained in the November MAGAZINE. As we have no class president, Roger Brown, our class agent, very justly was accorded the honor of representing the class of 1905.
The plans for our Florida reunion are advancing under the care of Roger, as usual. We expect to meet at the Clearwater Beach Hotel, February 17 or 18.
For our 65th reunion, we can hardly expect more than a few to take the risk of the wearing trip to Hanover. However, we will be happy to have as many as possible, including our widows, with us June 12-14.
Last minute reports; through S.B. Cunningham I have received word that "Cy" White's car had been demolished, but he had escaped with no serious injury. We have no further details, as yet.
Mildred had the bad luck to fall on some slippery ice with resulting back injuries. Painful as this is, we are thankful that it was not her hip which was involved; fortunately she is able to be up and about.
