Reginald H. Colley has let it be known that he underwent a second hernia operation in November which took him away from his work for 19 days but that he is going strong again. What a man.

The Frenches have to report the passing of their son-in-law Douglas W. Morey Jr., nephew of Harold A. Morey 'OB, on January 9, 1970 after a short illness. He and his wife Lucy attended our 60th reunion and were a big help in having it run smoothly.
Dr. Henry E. Meleney writes that he returned to his Gainesville, Fla., home on January 1 after spending much of the time since October with his son Henry and family in Hartford, Conn. Henry Jr. suffered a heart attack in October followed by abdominal complications and died on Decem- ber 27. He left his widow Elaine, a daughter Janet and a son Henry E. III.
In the death of Mrs. Roy Heymann, "Dot Chase," an assistant Class Agent, on January 7, 1970 1909 and Dartmouth lost one of its most active boosters. Illness prevented her attendance at the 60th reunion. She was credited by Pres. Dickey with initiating a spot for widows who wanted to keep in touch with their husband's class and Dartmouth. '09's standing in the Alumni Fund drives of the last twenty years was due to the loyal band of widows she recruited through her efforts and enthusiasm. Her two sons H. Hamilton Chase '47 and Philip M. Jr. survive as do several grandchildren.
