Secretary, 606 Ramona Dr., Corona del Mar, Calif. 92625

The following officers were nominated and elected at our official club meeting held in the home of Carol and Dick Ranger '44 prior to a pot luck supper on Saturday, March 7 — Dick Ranger '44, president; Coleman Colla '58, v.p. for the southern portion of Orange County; Tom Chandler'63 and J. Clayton Hering '63, v.p.'s for the northern portion (currently there is more activity among the high schools in the north); Bob Blocksom '31, secretary and treasurer — assisted by Coleman Colla and Jim Murar'62. Blocksom is also Enrollment Liaison Officer.

Five Dartmouth undergraduates are spending the winter term in Compton — they are working on a Tucker Foundation Project which involves the Watts Area. Three of them accepted our invitation to the pot luck supper — John Baldwin '71, Chris Chesser '70 and Mike Hannigan '71. They invited Patti Klinefelter, attending University of California at Santa Barbara, and Edna Scales who teaches at George Washington Elementary School in Compton. Needless to say, our club and their wives were delighted — enjoyed hearing more about the Project. John Baldwin acted as chairman of their group to answer many of our questions. We regret that Tom Chin '72 and Jim Marshall '71 were unable to join us.
