Dartmouth's new hockey coach, Grant Stanbrook, was the speaker at the annual luncheon held on December 31. He spoke about the Dartmouth Athletic program before a group of more than 110 club members, prospective students, and their fathers. For a double treat all enjoyed Dartmouth Football Highlights of 1970.

The very next day at the Nichols School Hockey Invitational Tournament many club members cheered Dartmouth to its first win of the season against a highly touted York University of Toronto, 10-3. The next evening Stanbrook's icers beat a very strong University of Michigan team, 6-5.

In recognition of the outstanding play of the Dartmouth team and Coach Stanbrook's first varsity victories, the Club is sending him a small trophy to commemorate the event.

Co-chairmen Jeff Strayer '58 and KippCrickard '66 are now preparing for the Glee Club's arrival on March 22. PaulDickson '37 and Bob Miller '50 are busy making arrangements for the dinner to honor President Kemeny on April 6.
