Stanley H. Feldberg '46, founder and president of the Zayre Corporation, Framingham, Mass., has been named chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Tuck School, to serve a two-year term.
The Trustees of the College have also approved the appointment of three new Overseers and the reappointment of two others.
The three new members, appointed for three-year terms, are Edward B. Osborn '28, board chairman of Economics Laboratory Inc. of White Plains, N.Y.; Edward B. Bates, president of Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company, Hartford; and J. Stanford Smith, senior vice president of the General Electric Company, New York City.
Reappointed to three-year terms are Donald E. Meads '42, executive vice president of INA Corporation, Philadelphia, and John O. Zimmerman '32 president of the General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Mr. Zimmerman is also a 1933 graduate of the Tuck School.
