The Young Doctors of the Class of 1966 continue to gain experience and advance in expertise.

Russ Sabrin is an intern at Washington Hospital Center in the Capital and will begin a residency in general surgery in July, before two years with the U. S. Air Force. Wife Sharon works in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Washington Hospital.

Rich Giarrusso is in his third year at New York University Dental School... Pete Dorsen graduated from New Jersey Medical School and went on a Scandanavian junket, working for a time in Oslo City Hospital... Jim McGregor has begun an arduous four-year residency in Obstetrics—Gynecology at UCLA Medical Center, and a two-year Air Force tour will follow.

Dave has taken time off from his residency in neurosurgery at Children's Hospital in Boston for research in immunology at Harvard Med School . . . John andBarbara Perry, with young sons Jeffrey and Douglas, are living in Metairie, La., while John is a first-year resident at the U. S. Public Health Service Hospital in New Orleans.

Three men are in military medicine. JimKeating, who graduated from Tulane Medical School and interned at Roanoke (Va.) Memorial Hospital, lives with Margaret and Jimmy III (a prospective third- generation Dartmouth man) at Dover Air Force Base where he is a flight surgeon... Dick Kaiser had to leave young son David at home in Gales Ferry, Conn., with Debbie when he set out on a three-month patrol as Medical Officer aboard the nuclear Polaris submarine Will Rogers... Frank Parker is at work at Chelsea Naval Hospital on an anesthesia support program which grew out of experience in Vietnam.

Large numbers of classmates are, thankfully, returning to civilian pursuits after the military service. Greg Eden had been a flight instructor in the A-6A Intruder at Pensacola and had doubled as Attack Squadron 42 Legal Officer. Now Greg is getting some legal training as a first-year student at the University of Virginia Law School. Donna, with a master's in personnel administration from George Washington, is in the Admissions Office at UVA's School of Nursing.

Tom Lips earned his law degree before joining the Army's Assistant Secretary of Defense Systems Analysis. Now Tom and Margah are off on a four-month world tour before settling in San Francisco and joining the law firm of Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon. John Gait is out of the Army and has moved Sally to Everett, Wash., where John's with the Snohomish County Planning Department.

Bill Hobson is back from DaNang and with the New York law firm of White & Case . . . Geof and Helen Greenleaf, discharged from the Army in Germany last spring, have bought their five-bedroom dream house in Shaker Heights, Ohio, near Geof's Mckinsey & Co. office in Cleveland. ... Pete Hargraves graduated from the University of New Hampshire after leaving Dartmouth, served with the Army in Vietnam, and in the International Department of the Connecticut Bank Trust Co., Hartford. . . . Bob Bryant married Ellen Huntington of Princeton the same month (June 1970) he was discharged from the Army, and is now engaged in acquisitions analysis for Hercules, Inc., Wilmington, Del.

Norm Shaffer and Arline Davidow were married on December 18 in New York. Norm is an associate in the corporate finance department of Goldman, Sachs. Arline, a Finch College alumna, is a candidate for an MA at Columbia Teachers College.

Arne Rovick plans to graduate from the University of Minnesota Law School in June and marry Edie Lagzdin, a Minnesota school teacher, before joining a Phoenix law firm. Chris and Carolyn Sanger welcomed Amy Judith on January 29, and Chris probably handed out pink cigars at the Washington law firm of Arent, Kox, Kintner, Plotkin & Kahn.

Chuck and Susan Sherman are both finishing Ph.D.'s in quantitative psychology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Nothing definite yet, but Charles Donahue, Midwest regional coordinator of the International Meditation Society, may give a talk at our June 16-18 reunion similar to those given at more than 100 universities. Chuck studied yogi under Maharishi Mahesh in India. These and other thrills. Be sure to be there.
