This month—and probably next—the Tuck column will be brief. Alumni news usually printed in this column will appear in the May issue of the new semi-annual magazine, Tuck Today, along with many other features describing activities at the School. It was felt by the editors of both magazines that it did not make sense to duplicate news releases. Consequently, during the periods when both magazines will be published, this column will cover major events or activities at Tuck while Tuck Today will carry all alumni news.

Spring is the time of year for Dean Hennessey to travel forth from Hanover to meet with alumni and to bring them up to date on activities at Tuck. Actually, the Dean meets with many alumni here in Hanover and on his travels all through the year, but these meetings are set aside for this specific purpose.

Before this column is printed, Deans Hennessey and Kimball will have met with alumni in Minneapolis on March 29 and Chicago on March 30. The Boston Association, newly reorganized and very active, will hold its annual dinner on May 10. In New York, the annual meeting will take place on May 22, "when, in addition to an address by Dean Hennessey, new officers and directors will be elected. Prior to that meeting, the third in the series of New York continuing education programs will be held on April 5, at which time Professor Brian Quinn will speak on the subject, "Next Big Industry—Environmental Improvement."

Though the mid-Western dinners will be history by the time this is printed, there will still be plenty of time for alumni in Boston and New York to sign up for their respective meetings and it is hoped that a large number of alumni will be on hand to welcome the Dean.

We hope to see many of you within the next two months, and in the meantime, best regards from the hills.
