During the last quarter of 1971 Dartmouth received the following grants of $5,000 and over. These are exclusive of Third Century Fund payments and Alumni Fund gifts. The wide range of gift purpose and the variety of forms of giving represented here demonstrate the ways in which loyal alumni and friends express their support. During the same period Dartmouth received a total of $106,428 in gifts of less than $5,000, a generous total that helps importantly in meeting the College's financial needs.
