Our February 25 meeting, overlooking the sunny pool-side at the Doubletree Inn, included visits by two former overseers of the Thayer School. They were John C. Woodhouse '21 and Dr. Gordon S. Brown, hon. '64, a winner of the Fletcher Award. Dr. Brown spoke to us on the second, or next, 100 years of the Thayer School: keeping up with the impact of technological change is like keeping up with a moving target.
Chuck Richardson '44 helped steer our next meetings back to the Old Pueblo Club at Home Federal Savings every fourth Friday. This will help downtown workaholics, said Bob Miller '44.
Older stalwarts included C. Reginald Smith'17, Donald F. Sawyer '21 and Charlie Bishop'23. The more recent vintage: Parker MacDonell '76 and Jim Greer '75, both now students at the University of Arizona. Treasurer BobMarr '30 announced a reduction in dues and Aram Choreganian '51 pushed our annual dinner, held on March 16.
Robert A. Danziger '56 (left), outgoing president of the Alumni Association of EasternMassachusetts, presents a $3000 check for the College's scholarship program to Presi-dent John G. Kemeny at the Association's 113th annual dinner in March.
