By the time these notes are printed, hopefully, we will be settled at the Wigwam in Litchfield Park, Ariz., for the winter months. While there are no '19ers in the vicinity, we have met a good many other Dartmouth alumni during our many winters at Scottsdale, and probably we shall see some of them.
Elizabeth Holley, in thanking the class for the book put in the library in memory of Henry, said that, while he had received degrees from several universities, "Dartmouth remained his one great love."
A change in address reveals that Emily Gale has sold her house and has another address in Buffalo. I do know whether it is an apartment or not.
Stu Russell had a cataract operation early in November and presumably is recuperating well. Bob Paisley says he is about the same. Elmer Pillsbury had a slight stroke this summer and is coming along fine. However, he has to have a cataract operation and may not make his usual trip to Florida this winter.
This writer has kept busy all fall doing one thing or another. I play golf two or three times each week. I get no better, but fortunately no worse, and manage to win a buck or two along the way.
