Maurice L. Blanchard is one of the resident partners of Webster, Blanchard & Willard of 15 Lewis St., Hartford 3, Conn., Certified Puhlic Accountants, a new firm name of the former Webster, Home and Blanchard.

"T. D." Jewett, attorney, member of the Board of Education and former county solicitor, announced recently he would seek the Republican nomination as candidate for Belknap County Solicitor in the July primary. Theo has served as treasurer of the Laconia School District, citv solicitor, county solicitor, has held numerous war offices and has been closely associated with Laconia banking institutions.

NEW YORK DINNER

At the New York Alumni dinner April 13, 1944, Hop Atwood, Ashton, Alden, Dent, Catterall, Towler, Meleney, Morton, Riley, Seidler and Remsen represented the class.

Miss Louise Sandra Scully, daughter of the late Tom Scully, is engaged to First Lieutenant Francis Bowen Brothers AAF of Auburn, Wash., son of Dr. and Mrs. James H. Brothers, also of Glen Ridge, N. J. The engagement was announced by Mrs. Alice Brainerd Scully. Miss Scully was graduated from Drake Secretarial School and attended the Julliard School of Music, New York. Lt. Brothers was commissioned at Yale University in April, 1943.

On April 24 President Roosevelt nominated S. Pinkney Tuck, former counsel of the embassy at Vichy, France, to be American Minister to Egypt. Kippy replaced Alexander C. Kirk at Cairo. He is now resting in Florida after fifteen months' internment in Germany.

NEW ADDRESSES

After several rumored address changes we learn from Joe Grout himself that his business is Casualty Insurance at 156 East 6th St., St. Paul, Minn., and his home address is 61 Inner Drive, Highland Village, St. Paul 5, Minn.

Major Tom Sullivan is still stationed in Washington, but has moved his home address to 3300 Pershing Drive, Arlington, Va.

Myron Myers is in the Wage Rate Department of General Electric at Pittsfield, Mass., and is living at 135 Hancock Road.
